Furthermore, it would be best to consider making a move or shifting your posture more than a little bit as the body moves and wiggles during sleep naturally. Just forget which posture you prefer to fall asleep in. Although this is not so every time, you will come up with every muscle of your body relaxed, calm and comfortable in this position. Moreover, lying on your back creates a depthless and schematic breathing pattern. Shallower breathing like this keeps your mind near awareness.

  • To have a lucid dream laying on your back is not necessary.
  • Lay in the position in which you feel yourself at ease, and that particular relaxed position varies from person to person.
  • Avoid any suffocation by wrapping the blanket over and over.
  • While sleeping ensures that your spine is in a comfortable posture.
  • Sleeping with head support with whole-body entirely covered (not compactly) would level your brain, heart, and lungs, making it easier to bring about more lucidity.
  • It would be best if you breathed healthily.
