Everyone is inspired and mesmerized by the dream world; even some outrageous events of our lives occur during dreams. Dreams occur when you close your eyes and slip through your awaken state to another realm state. The paradox of Lucid Dreaming

Although numerous studies are exploring lucid Dreaming, its causes, benefits, risks, and dangers, researchers also worked by excluding the dreams from people's sleep, and the results were awful. People who were not allowed to have dreams by interrupting them in their REM sleep state were found with some of the following serious issues.

Effectiveness of Lucid Dreams

Lucid dreams can be related to daily events and our thoughts in the subconscious mind or from routine brain activity during the sleep state. But till now, scientists and psychologists are trying to figure out "Why does lucid dreaming occur?"
